Advanced STM32-Powered 6S Motor Controller

A four-layer, field-oriented-control ESC for 6S drone propulsion, designed and prototyped in a month.

A high-efficiency electronic speed controller: 6S (25.2 V) input, 340 kV BLDC, field-oriented control on an STM32, on a four-layer board.

The board sweats power and signal integrity: continuous ground planes with stitching vias, thermal via arrays under the MOSFETs, tight decoupling, and isolated analog/digital regions. Current sensing and dynamic PWM scaling respond to live thermal and voltage monitoring.
