I redesigned the optical filter changer for manufacturability at over 95% lower cost; built an automated sub-microliter liquid-handling system integrating a peristaltic pump with a PI piezo XY stage (10 nm sensor resolution); and led a tower-enclosure redesign backed by structural and modal FEA and DFM that cut lead time by more than half.
